The Foukou chain drive mechanism is an integral part of this BBQ. Each skewer is equipped with a gear positioned just beneath the wooden handle, seamlessly engaging with the chain mechanism to rotate every skewer.

The Foukou unit has the capacity to accommodate either 6 thick souvla skewers or 11 kebab skewers.
The price includes:
- 6 souvla skewers, each 8mm thick, with gears made of stainless steel 304G.
- 11 kebab skewers, each 4mm thick, with gears made of stainless steel 304G.
- 2 triple skewers, each 4mm thick, with gears for shieftalia, sausages etc, made of stainless steel 304G.
- 2 grill racks made of stainless steel 304G, covering the BBQ surface for lamb chops, steaks, pitta bread, and more.
- Firebricks at the unit’s bottom provide both protection and efficiency for charcoal use
- A stainless steel lid, ensuring protection for the BBQ unit (306G).
Specifications:
- Made from tough 2.5mm Steel construction.

- The BBQ tray is designed to be used with up to 2-4kg of charcoal. We usually recommend lump wood charcoal.
- To set it up, make sure you’ve got an open space on your countertop that measures exactly 90x57cm, and allow an extra 5cm around it for the supporting brackets.
- Upon installation, it seamlessly integrates, sinking 18cm below the countertop surface.
- Experience unparalleled control with the adjustable height regulator and convenient hand crank.
- A 360-degree turn of the crank allows you to raise the skewer-holding mechanism and grills to the highest level for optimal heat management.
- It comes with strong stainless steel 306G supporting brackets (frame) 3mm thick and a stainless steel 306G lid that can handle any weather. Perfect for outdoor cooking.
- It can handle up to 9kg of meat, about 1.5kg per skewer, feeding around 18-20 people.
- Height when closed with the lid is 13cm.

- A motor is needed for operation. Please note, the BBQ price does not include a motor.

Maintenance:
- Use WD40 spray to lubricate the chain mechanism and the frame’s guides at the four corners that lift the mechanism before each use If you’re using it once in a while. But if you’re using it often, it’s best to oil these parts every 3-4 times you cook on it.
- Life span 17 years.
