This particular model features a wheeled stand equipped with a sturdy base stability rack and a hand crank designed for lifting the mechanism that hold the skewers, grills etc.

The Foukou unit has the capacity to accommodate either 7 thick souvla skewers or 13 kebab skewers.

The price includes: 

• 7 souvla skewers, each 8mm thick, with gears made of stainless steel 304G.
• 13 kebab skewers, each 4mm thick, with gears made of stainless steel 304G.
• 3 triple skewers, each 4mm thick, with gears for shieftalia, sausages etc, made of stainless steel 304G.
• 2 grill racks made of stainless steel 304G, covering the BBQ surface for lamb chops, steaks, pitta bread, and more.
• 2 rotating fish grills made of stainless steel 304G.
• Firebricks at the unit’s bottom provide both protection and efficiency for charcoal use
• A stainless steel lid, ensuring protection for the BBQ unit (306G).

Maintenance: 

• Use WD40 spray to lubricate the chain mechanism and the frame’s guides at the four corners that lift the mechanism before each use If you’re using it once in a while. But if you’re using it often, it’s best to oil these parts every 3-4 times you cook on it.
