This Foukou unit comes with the basic accessories to start with and each customer can add extra skewers, grill racks, rotating grills, firebricks etc according to his cooking preference.
The Foukou unit can hold 6 thick souvla skewers or 11 kebab skewers.
The box includes :
6 skewers 8mm thick for souvla with gear all stainless steel 304 grade 68cm with wooden handle
5 skewers 4mm thick for souvlaki with gear all stainless steel 304 grade 66cm with wooden handle
2 triple skewers (forks) for sausages, sieftalia etc 4mm thick with gear all stainless steel 304 grade 66cm with wooden handle
Made from 2.5mm iron sheet reinforced structure.
Adjustable height regulator.
This model also comes with a galvanised metal lid to cover the coals.
The BBQ tray is designed to be used with up to 3-5kg of charcoal, We usually recommend lump wood charcoal.
