• Crafted with precision, the BBQ boasts dimensions of 135x50cm for the charcoal basin, all constructed from robust 5mm thick double-wall stainless steel (306G). The reinforced structure ensures durability, with a BBQ basin measuring 135cm in length, 50cm in width, and 12cm in height.
• An exceptionally powerful and swift electric motor (0-65 rpm) is included to operate the Foukou unit, ensuring optimal grilling performance. Specially designed to handle up to a balanced 30kg load.
• Experience unparalleled control with the adjustable height regulator and convenient hand crank. A 360-degree turn of the crank allows you to raise the skewer-holding mechanism and grills to the highest level for optimal heat management. The addition of firebricks at the unit’s bottom provides both protection and efficiency for charcoal use.
• For added convenience, stainless steel supporting brackets (3mm thick frame) and a weather-resistant lid are included. Perfect for outdoor installation, this foukou can effortlessly cook 17kg of souvla meat, catering to approximately 35 people.

• Keep it looking brand new by cleaning it when cool and applying WD40 spray to lubricate the chain mechanism and the frame’s guides at the four corners that lift the mechanism before each use If you’re using it once in a while. But if you’re using it often, it’s best to oil these parts every 3-4 times you cook on it.
